Hey...
So umm here's my 30 minute run score like I said it wasn't my best and I'm going to try harder next time. I ran for about 4:09 min then 7:33min then 8:25 min the 7:31 again.  I wasn't feeling well. I was sick, but I pulled through. Maybe when I get better I'll do better.
I just did the 30 minute run  and not my best but its a start
This year I'm trying to better than last and I'm going to try a lot harder.

Final report

I have worked harder in fitness to get my health up. I rememebered that in the beginning of the year and I wasn't as fast and now im faster and I can run longer. The fitness taught me to try harder and ive really improved. I like that fitness teaches you to be fit cause it pushes you to higher limits. The teachers really push you to go higher. Im better at gym now.

Gym

      Hi, I think gym is fun. What I like is that I get to be my freinds. That way I'm not lonely and there are lots of choices to pick from such as volleyball, basketball, ping pong and more. Those are the main parts of gym that I enjoy in gym. I hope that gym will get more fun over that years in the sports or just fitness.  Thats what I like about gym. Thanks.
