Hey...
So umm here's my 30 minute run score like I said it wasn't my best and I'm going to try harder next time. I ran for about 4:09 min then 7:33min then 8:25 min the 7:31 again.  I wasn't feeling well. I was sick, but I pulled through. Maybe when I get better I'll do better.

  1. I notice that your first lap score was alot faster than the others. Like me, try to find a good pace and keep it. I have trouble with this too. Endure, Endure, Endure

  2. ya i agree, and make sure that you KEEP ON RUNNING, taking breaks will make you more tired and inconstant. Keep that in mind next time.
