Today we just did the triple threat. I feel proud because I tried really hard to do better than I did the last fitness class and I think I did. I was tired but I kept going at it.I could feel the sweat running down my face which I gross and hear the heavy breathing I was doing. It fun over all and there where definitely hard exercises that we where doing, but over all I enjoyed it. We did three different exercises that involved the body, the mats, and weights. We stretched after the work outs and it felt good to strech. I had a fun workout and I'm happy with the way it went.

ReplyDeleteyou did really well! my legs we're a but sore after, but i still had to walk up a giant hill to get home. my legs still hurt though.
ReplyDeleteSweat isn't gross… it's awesome. I'm glad you feel good about being uncomfortable and working hard. I noticed your red face for sure. Do you know why there were 3 categories? What area of fitness were the "mats" activities working on? What about the "body" ones? Learning the different energy systems and body needs will help you choose more effective exercises for yourself in the future. :)
