During my spring break I went to bear creek with my family and went on a walk. We went in a sunny day and it was nice to be with nature. From time to time we went on a run while we were there. We ended up walking for almost forty minutes. Over all it was a fine day to go for a walk.
Yay. Family activity is the best way to help you stay healthy because you are doing together with others. If you want to live up to 7 years longer you should a 45min walk every day. Science says. :)
