Today during class we learnt a new game involving rope and later on we used blind folds. The game was interesting and kind of intense since in the beginning people were getting pushed and shoved and tackled. After things had calmed the game was pretty fun to play. You need communication and everyone had to work together to make it work. You had to work to get the other teams shirts and trying to protect your charioteer from other teams getting your teams shirts. The game got complicated and ruff but it was a fun and interesting experience to have.
It was a learning experience indeed!
ReplyDeleteHow did it feel to re-visit the game, this time as a teacher, when we attempted it again with our buddies on Friday? Obviously the hoola hoops and the kabbadi field made things better, but what was being a leader to a group of grade 4's like for you? And more importantly, were you able to learn anything about yourself in the process??
