Today I went on a nice 15 minute walk with my dog. We just walk around the neighborhood. It was nice to get out and have some nice fresh air. It was good since it kind of gets you mind off of the provincials. Even though it was around eight to nine pm it was still kind of warm. The walk wasnt a run or 40 minute walk but its still great to get out and relax a little.
Something is better than nothing for sure. Do you know the difference between a long brisk walk and a short light one? For you body? if you understand what each thing does for you it is easy to balance the workouts over a week or month to get different benefits and focus on the ones that help your goals. :)
